Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, as operator of the Vegas Wins instance of the Vegas Wins online casino made available at vegaswinsi.com (the "Site"), and your use of the gambling services offered to players located in the United Kingdom. By registering an account, accessing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- Operator means Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, a limited company based at Suite 7, Hadfield House, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA, which operates the Vegas Wins Site under UKGC licence 57869 and Gibraltar licence RGL No. 125.
- Site means the Vegas Wins instance of the Vegas Wins online casino, accessible via vegaswinsi.com and any mobile or app-based versions controlled by the Operator.
- Vegas Wins or Brand means the online casino brand "Vegas Wins" operated by the Operator and offered to UK players through the Site; it is distinct from similarly named brands operated by other companies.

- Payment Method means any method of deposit or withdrawal approved by the Operator, such as debit cards and permitted e-wallets or bank transfer, in compliance with UK regulations.
- KYC means "Know Your Customer" and includes identity, age, address, source of funds, and affordability checks conducted to meet legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering and social responsibility rules.

- Email and contact verification: We may require you to verify your email address and, where requested, your mobile number before using certain features or completing deposits and withdrawals.
- Single account: You must register only one Account for Vegas Wins. Duplicate, linked, or fraudulent Accounts may be closed, and Bonuses cancelled.
KYC, Source of Funds, and Affordability
- Mandatory checks: In line with UKGC and Gibraltar requirements, we may at any time request documents or information to verify your identity, address, payment methods, and source of funds. Until such checks are completed, we may restrict deposits, wagering, or withdrawals.

User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You must promptly update your details via the Site if they change.
- Login credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to use your Account.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support through the channels listed on vegaswinsi.com. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
- Prohibited users: Employees of the Operator, its affiliates, and certain suppliers may be restricted from playing; any such restrictions will be set out in internal policies and, where applicable, regulatory rules.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Game Participation
- Availability of games: Only Games displayed as available on the Site may be played. Some Games may be unavailable in certain regions or on certain devices.
- Placing a Bet: A Bet is placed when you confirm your stake on the Game interface and it is accepted by our systems. Once accepted, the Bet cannot usually be cancelled or modified by you.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the Game and may be adjusted by us at any time.
- Use of Cash and Bonus Funds: Wagers may be placed using Cash Funds and, where a Bonus is active, in accordance with the Bonus Terms. The order in which Cash Funds and Bonus Funds are used is described in the promotion-specific rules or our general promotional terms.
Game Rules, Outcomes, and Results
- Game-specific rules: Each Game has its own rules published within the Game interface or help section. By playing any Game, you agree to those rules, which form part of these Terms.
- Random number generator (RNG): For RNG Games, outcomes are determined by an independently tested RNG provided through the Markor Technology platform and licensed suppliers. The RNG results are final and binding.
- Live dealer games: For live Games, the outcome is determined by the actual result as captured by the live dealer system. In case of disagreement between your screen display and our records, our records will prevail.
Errors, Malfunctions, and Cancellations
- Technical failures: If a Game malfunctions or a systemic error occurs (including display errors, incorrect odds, or software/hardware faults), all affected Bets and payouts are void. The stake for such Bets will, where appropriate, be refunded to your Account.
- Misconfigured Games: If a Game is incorrectly configured or has an obvious error that results in an unfair advantage or incorrect payout, we may void affected Bets and adjust your balance to the correct amount.
- System interruptions: If your connection is interrupted after a Bet is placed, the outcome may still be determined by the Game servers. The result recorded on our servers will be final, and your balance will be updated accordingly once the Game reconnects.
Conduct, Collusion, and Fraud
- Fair play: You must not engage in cheating, use bots or automated tools, exploit bugs, or knowingly take advantage of errors in Games or the Site.
- Collusion: You must not collude with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage. Any suspected collusion may lead to Bet voidance, Bonus cancellation, and Account closure.
- Chat rules: Where chat or messaging is available, you must behave respectfully and must not post abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content. We may remove messages, suspend chat access, or take further action.
- Consequences: In cases of fraud, misuse, or serious breach of these Terms, we may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, forfeit Bonuses, and, where required, report your conduct to regulators or law enforcement.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Availability and Activation
- Promotions: From time to time we may offer Bonuses, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards specifically for Vegas Wins Players on vegaswinsi.com.
- Promotion-specific rules: Each Bonus is governed by its own specific terms (the "Bonus Rules"), which may include eligibility criteria, maximum bonus amounts, game restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict, the Bonus Rules prevail over this section.
- Activation: Bonuses may require you to opt in, enter a code, or meet a minimum deposit or wagering requirement. The Bonus will be credited only when all activation conditions are fulfilled.
Wagering Requirements and Conversion
- Wagering obligations: Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are generally subject to Wagering Requirements before they become withdrawable as Cash Funds. The required wagering multiple and deadline will be stated in the Bonus Rules.

Prohibited Play and Abuse
- Irregular betting patterns: We may treat certain patterns as abusive, including but not limited to: placing large bets that significantly exceed your average stake after triggering a Bonus; low-risk or hedge betting; or using strategies designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements while minimising risk.
- Multiple accounts and identity: You must not create multiple Accounts or attempt to claim a Bonus more than once where it is intended as a one-time offer. Use of VPNs or false data to obtain additional Bonuses is prohibited.
- Consequences of abuse: If we reasonably believe you have breached Bonus rules or engaged in Bonus abuse, we may withhold or remove Bonuses and associated winnings, and suspend or close your Account.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Order
- Non-combinability: Unless expressly stated, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active wagering Bonus may typically be in play at any time.
- Bonus order: Where multiple Bonuses are permitted, they will be applied in the order and manner described in the promotion terms or our general promotional rules published on the Site.
- Cash vs Bonus Funds: We may apply stakes first from Cash Funds and then from Bonus Funds, or in another order specified in the Bonus Rules. The order of use may affect wagering progress.
Expiry, Cancellation, and Changes
- Expiry: Each Bonus will specify an expiry date or timeframe for activation and completion of Wagering Requirements. Where a timeframe is specified in days, it will be calculated from the date the Bonus is credited or as otherwise stated.
- Cancellation by you: You may cancel an active Bonus via the Site where this feature is available or by contacting customer support. Cancelling a Bonus will ordinarily remove the Bonus and any associated winnings that have not yet converted to Cash Funds.
- Modification: We may modify or withdraw future Bonuses or promotions at any time. Changes will not affect Bonuses that you have already accepted, except where required by law, regulation, or to correct obvious errors.
Payments & Withdrawals
Currency and Player Funds Protection
- Currency: All Accounts and transactions on Vegas Wins via vegaswinsi.com are denominated in GBP (£). You must deposit and withdraw in GBP; currency conversion charges (if any) imposed by your Payment Method provider are your responsibility.
- Player funds segregation: Player funds are held in segregated accounts in accordance with the UKGC's "medium protection" category. This means that steps are taken to protect your funds but they may not be fully protected in the event of insolvency. Further details are available on the UKGC website.
Deposit Methods and Rules
- Accepted methods: We may accept certain debit cards, bank transfers, and approved e-wallets for deposits. Credit cards are not accepted for UK players, whether directly or indirectly via e-wallets, in line with UK regulations.

Withdrawals
- General rule: You may request a withdrawal of your available Cash Funds, subject to completion of KYC checks, review of your activity, and compliance with these Terms.
- Method of withdrawal: Withdrawals will generally be made via the same Payment Method used to deposit, where possible. Where this is not possible, we may require an alternative method in your name.

Your Right to Close Your Account

Effect of Termination on Funds
